I use this to mount my flash 3 feet below the camera on the mono pod, works awesome and get no red eye, maybe just a couple red pupils. Great for high school night football.

I bought this kit about a year ago. My car has a 6 point roll bar welded in place. This kit - 155/2933 camera platform with 035 Super clamp - holds a 2-3 lbs video camera very steady. The clamp is versatile in mounting; just about any position and angle. It is of high quality construction and great value - I can not find any equivalent product at a better price. I plan to get a 2nd kit to have both front/rear facing car cameras.
