This Pearstone Mini AC/DC Battery Charger is intended for use with JVC BN-VF808, BN-VF815, and BN-VF823 rechargeable batteries. Compact and lightweight, the charger features a red/green LED charge indicator light and a folding AC plug. A DC car adapter is included for use in a vehicle, and a Euro adapter is included for international use.

    Price and function are good, however you may notice it's a little stiff to get your batteries on and off at first. I bought 3 of these in a single order and had the same problem with all three. After you get the batteries on and off a few times it gets easier/ more fluid. Considering the price difference, I would reccomend it over- all.

                  The Pearstone Mini AC/DC Charger for JVC BN-VF808/VF815/VF823 is definitely not of JVC quality. I ordered this charger as a backup to my JVC charger but it is basically unusable. It will not charge a battery as the charge light stays on continuously but the battery never charges even after hours on the charger.

                  Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
