I bought these to integrate my iPod collection into my office A/V system. Connects in 5 minutes, exceeds S-Video and monitor standards and takes no space.

Comments about Apple Component AV Cable for iPod or iPhone:
We use this to connect our iPhone to Netflix to watch movies instantly. We still get disks, but have unlimited instant viewing. What's great about this is that if a disk is unplayable, we simply log on to Netflix and finish the movie there. I highly recommend it.

Comments about Apple Component AV Cable for iPod or iPhone:
I used this for a generation 4 IPOD Touch and it worked perfectly. It was a better deal than just buying the power convertor alone.

Comments about Apple Component AV Cable for iPod or iPhone:
I wanted to connect my iPod to my stereo after loading my music CDs. This was one of the less expensive items to do that. Its worked out fine. Easy to use and set up.
Some quality is lost loading the songs onto the iPOD so using CDs directly is still your best bet for high quality listening. Linking the iPOD up though has several advantages because of the playlist function. No changing CDs for longer play; no need to burn CDs of each playlist only to have to burn them again when you add to the playlist. Also easily connects your visitors' iPODs to the stereo.
