The i1XTreme Color Calibration Solution from X-Rite is a complete color management solution for Mac and Windows computer systems. The i1XTreme supports both emissive and reflective profiling, allowing you to calibrate computer displays and printers. Compatible with LCD, CRT, and notebook displays, the i1XTreme is an extremely versatile calibration solution. It can also profile scanners, RGB printers, and CMYK printers. An optional accessory is available to calibrate digital cameras. An extensive software suite for Mac and Windows is included.

i1 Pro Spectrophotometer is very sensitive and accurate to calibrate your screen and printers but needs proficiency to do it. It is not easy and needs patience too. However the result can be astonishing.

Very useful, and very user friendly. I have calibrated one iMac and a printer. With iMac I could not use the Advanced Mode, but the Easy Mode works well also, and is very easy to do. The calibration of printer is a must. You can see the soft proof on screen. For calibrating digital camera, you have to buy an extra equipment, the Color Checker Passport.
