Comments about Adobe Design Premium CS4 Software Suite for Mac:
As most know, the Creative Suite from Adobe is one of the most powerful desktop imaging suites around. It has been the standard that most other applications are judged by. Their support however is amongst the worst I have encountered to date. Despite having spent [$] on the suite, I was not able to get any support. It took them one week to get me one response from a web case I started. Each time I tried to call, it took them one hour to answer, and then they simply told me to try some things I had done in one form or another before. In the end, I solved my own problem by downloading a trial version, which installed fine. As I had suspected, the problem was a bad DVD, which they refused to believe.

Comments about Adobe Design Premium CS4 Software Suite for Mac:
CS4 feels more responsive under snow leopard than CS3. The user interface is far more cohesive across all applications. I had a smooth and speedy install experience which meant that I was back into production with minimal down time.
I particularly like the new alignment guides in indesign, also the ability to add transparency to a gradient in illustrator is a great new feature.
Bridge also feels much faster and has a few nice UI enhancements over the last version.

Comments about Adobe Design Premium CS4 Software Suite for Mac:
After attending a special Adobe preview for Photoshop CS4 at PS World in Vegas, the upgrade was a no-brainer. I previously had only upgraded to Design Standard but was impressed by the improvements to the 3D capabilities in PS Extended. I only do print design and never thought I would use Flash or Dreamweaver but the two programs are so easy to use I am glad that I have them. Important: before you upgrade (even though it is only to Photoshop CS4) make sure you visit the Adobe website and make sure you have a graphics card that supports open GL in order to take advantage of the new zoom and rotate features. Get a card with at least 500MB of memory on board. CS4 is faster because it utilizes the memory on your graphics card. The MAC Pro I purchased from B&H (see my review) comes packed with the card that is on the approved list. There are so many little (which turn out to be big) improvements on this release that your work flow will improve greatly. Tip: make sure that all of your plug-ins are up to date with the latest Leopard 10.5.5 versions. One of them kept crashing Photoshop, I called them and they upgraded me to the new version free of charge.
