The Tamrac 3375 Aero Speed Pack 75 Dual Access Photo Backpack (Rust) is a 600 denier PolyTek backpack with thick, closed-cell foam lining for shock and vibration protection. The Dual Access System allows fast access to the equipment either through a side door when the pack is worn over one shoulder or through the front panel when the pack is removed. For weather protection, the side door is equipped with a water-resistant zipper while the front panel has a weather flap.
The 3375 has a foam padded bottom photo compartment that holds and protects a digital SLR camera with a 7 1/2" lens attached, 1-2 additional lenses and accessories. The large top compartment can hold personal items, such as a lunch or a light jacket. The side door accessory pockets hold memory cards and lens caps and there is an elasticized mesh side pocket that provides convenient access to a water bottle. The backpack is carried by an EasyGrip padded carrying handle and a comfortable, foam-padded, contoured harness that spreads the weight of the camera gear across the shoulders.

Live in Colorado and bought this pack for hiking and being out and about with my 50D. Enough room to hold my 50D with 28-135 IS attached, external flash and diffuser, and at least 2 other lenses. Could substitute a telephoto in place of the 2 extra lenses with the space offered. The top 1/2 of the pack can hold a small bracket, lens hoods, and other misc pieces. The side access is extremely useful. The side zipper does have water resistant material around it which is nice, although it does take extra effort to pull the zipper open. The bottom of the pack has strap slits so a tripod can easily be velcroed or clipped up to the bottom of the pack.
Definitely a great buy for the price if you want a pack that holds just enough gear to get the shot and not be weighted down.

I was disappointed, considering all the great reviews. For the price, this bag did not live up to the hype. I have found a better and less expensive camera bag on [@]The straps are not wide enough, and very uncomfortable. They put a lot of weight on a small amount of your shoulders, and my back and neck were in knots after only one day of walking in Chicago. There is also no way to attach a tripod. I did like that you could carry a laptop, but it is way to heavy to travel with. The weatherproof zippers work well, and there are a good amount of compartments.

DLSR's and motorbikes don't match that well but this little bag helps me get my camera about.
The sturdy construction means the bag has less room inside than it looks from the out side.
Plenty of room for my K-5, long zoom, walk-about zoom and a couple of other lenses. Room for the flash and charger too.
Top compartment will hold a light jacket and your lunch, as long as you are a light eater.
You'll need a bigger bag if you want to take you camping gear too.
Basically as advertised.

I originally ordered the 3370, which was the smaller pack of this line, and it was much smaller than I had anticipated. This pack has much more in the camera compartment, and a little more room up top. This pack is well made, and should suit my purposed for many years.

I had a smaller version of a Tamrac for a few years and loved. I recently purchased more lenses and it was time to upgrade. This bag is just right. Built well, sealed well, and easy to access everything.
Already dropped my equipment in it once from waist level, and nothing got hurt.

I own a Nikon d5000 with a 70-200 Sigma Lens and a 28-70 Tamron lens as well. I chose this bag because it has all the features I need. I can store my camera with the 70-200 attached and still have room for my other lenses as well as misc. supplies. The top part holds my wallet, keys, cell phone, etc. and the best part is the easy access side entry! I can reach my camera without even taking the bag off my back. I would highly recommend this product

Comments about Tamrac 3375 Aero Speed Pack 75 Dual Access Photo Backpack (Rust):
I needed a new pack to accomodate new lens.
This was just an upgrade from a previous Tamrac pack I was using. I take the pack everywhere I go, so it needed to be rugged, and so far it has not failed me.
Only disappointment is that the side entry is not quite large enough to accomodate a 50D with vertical grip. I can get the camera and lens into the pack that way, but it is a very tight fit and not very quick. Same with removing the camera.

What a great pack !!! I'd been lost without the backpack in the Canadian Rockies.
Love everything about it !
Could be improved by adding a set of vertical tie-down straps opposite the speed access openning for Tri or monopod since the bottom two straps are needed for larger lens

So far I really like this bag, I am a novice so I don't have several lenses but I love the side access to my camera, and the top portion is not very big but it holds my sunglasses, phone, wallet, snack and a couple of extras nicely. I would buy this bag again.

I love this bag! It is exactly the size I was looking for. I have a Nikon D90 with an extra 70-300 lens, SB600 flash... it holds all of this plus the charger very well. There is a little more room for small stuff in the main camera compartment.. if I organized it a little better I would easily be able to get another lens in there as well. The top compartment holds the manuals, extra batteries etc with ease!! The side zipper give fast access to the camera, which is a big plus!! [...] If there is one negative its not as comfortable as I'd hoped, but that's due to the extra padding on the back to keep everything safe....

This is a great pack, plenty of storage for photo gear and accessories and bonus space on top for extra personal gear such as jacket, snacks, etc. Other's have stated this as well, but it would have been nice if it had a chest/waist strap, although the pack is still great without it. I use this mostly for day hikes. Side access is very convenient. Very comfortable to wear for several hours while hiking and feels very secure.

I was looking for a pack that would hold my camera gear plus a few more items. This size works great for me. My Canon T1i and two zoom lenses fit nicely with plenty room to spare for accessories. Everything is well protected and secure. The top portion provides ample room for rain gear and/or snacks. The pack fits comfortably and provides easy/quick access to the camera. I didn't need space for a laptop so the 3375 was ideal. [...]
