The Kodak ESP 5 All-in-One Printer allows you to print, copy, and scan pictures or documents. It uses a convenient 2-cartridge, 6-ink system to produce lab-quality photos that last a lifetime yet the genuine Kodak ink and paper supplies are affordable - up to 50% less than similar consumer inkjet printers. You'll also prevent waste with the Intelligent Paper Sensor - it automatically detects the Kodak paper type and adjusts print settings for optimized output, and no more ruined prints from incorrect paper selections. The ESP 5 is also fast, printing documents at up to 30 pages per minute in black and 29 pages per minute in color, and 4x6" color photos in as little as 30 seconds.
The printer provides card slots for common digital camera memory cards and also is equipped with PictBridge direct printing. Many image functions can be operated directly from the control panel, and the large tilt-up 3" color LCD preview display lets users customize and crop images before printing - without the need for a computer. In addition, you can print, store, manage, and share your digital pictures with family members and friends using Kodak Home Center software, and Kodak EasyShare software that is included. The ESP 5 All-in-One is not just a photo printer; it also is a full function flatbed scanner with OCR and batch scanning capability, and a one-touch stand-alone color copier.

Difficult to put in a few words. The scanner is acceptable, prints fast and has very good photo quality IF USING KODAK ULTRA PREMIUM paper. ot friendly to other brands papers.
The good thing is abou Kodak's custommer support, maybe the best I ever used. Very professional, fast and competent.
The bad thing is the print head. It had to be changed for three times.
The paper feeder is weird and jams a lot. Unreliable paper detection sensor.
Very good photographic prints, for a good price. Fast printing. Cheap ink cartridges.

I purchased this printer for my wife. She needed a printer that is easy to work with. She is very pleased. The quality is wonderful for her printing needs which is mostly invoices, schedules and calendars.
