Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
As a pianist and retired church organist, I find this keyboard meets my needs very well. The tonal quality is superior and the touch-sensitive keys are just great for piano playing. Many of the sound effects are amusing, the piano sound is terrific and the church-pipe organ sounds are reproduced faithfully as are most of the other instruments. It would be nice to have a few more sounds specific to the pipe organ, but for the price it does just fine.

Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
I use my WK-500 mostly for home piano play, however, I choose to use the keyboard for a small concert as well after I heard the astonishing sound that it is able to produce and because of the fact that one can easily plug it into the stage's/band's sound system for performances. The keyboard is ideal for intermediate users as it has a professional feel and appearance at a reasonable price. The only draw back is that some of the settings are a bit complicated to configure and the overall onboard sampling time is limited to 10 seconds, other than that, I would recommend it to all intermediate users who wish to produce their own material as well as perform written material.

Purchased for my wife and sons - my wife is getting back into piano and loves the sound and feel. My boys are using it to teach themselves.
Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
Looking for a keyboard my 4 piano-playing kids can fool around on, and use their skills to have fun. Also wanted to use a MIDI for GarageBand on our Mac. I found Yamaha to be weak in features at this price point (no MIDI, limited in/out, less sounds), and simple controllers were just...too simple for what I wanted for my kids to horse around with. Top of the line for Casio is still not a pro keyboard, but has everything I was wanting and more at a great price [...].

I bought this keyboard for my mentally challenged sister to use when she visits us. We gave it to her on Tuesday afternoon. The rest of the Thanksgiving holidays she played it continuously - always with a beaming smile on her face. The headphones also brought a smile to our face when we were trying to catch up on some football scores!
Thank you

Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
So far i have enjoyed everything about the keyboard. It's been a while since i have played so i am teaching myself all over again. One thing i would have liked to have seen with the book was a beginner book, especially since the ad said great for beginners. For someone that learned how to play without looking at the keys it is hard to follow along with the hands to learn to play again. Just a suggestion, other than that everything else is great. I would recommend this keyboard to other people.

Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
I bought this keyboard to entertain my little daughter. She is still too young to learn how to play, but she appears very intersted in either what I play on it or the songs and rhythms that come with it. I haven't got it long enough to explore all the functions and features, but just for now I'm already pleased by the great sound that I hear when I press the keys - the key response does make a big difference and the polyphony is excellent. Electrically speaking, it's perfect for home entertainment.
The only imperfection I found so far is that I feel few keys a bit cranky when I play fast with them. So mechanically speaking, there is still room to improve.

I would like to start by saying thank you very much B&H.I am an American soldier currently deployed in Iraq.I had been trying to buy the Casio Wk500 for some time and kept running into dead ends because no one would ship the product to me.[...]I will order from B&H from now on, you have a customer for life! The keyboard was actually a gift for my father-in-law,he is a German National, and I must say he has written me 3 or 4 emails telling me he is having the time of his life with it. He said the keyboard is great, and he hasnt stopped using it.He uses the keyboard for making music, and entertaining his family. I would also like to say that I was very happy that the keyboard came with an adapter.Europe uses a different voltage then America, and the one you sent works for both. When I originally purchased the keyboard I was also trying to find an adapter for it because the website didnt say it came with one.I was thinking that we would have to go to a German store and try to find one that could be used in the German wall sockets, but to my surprise there was one with it. I would also like to say that the keyboard made it to Germany very fast, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.[...]. Thank you B&H very much for everything, you now have some Europeans as life long customers too. When we need anything from now on we will definately look to you guys for it first. Sincerely, SGT Craig United States Army

Comments about Casio WK-500 Musical Keyboard with 76 Touch Sensitive Keys:
I haven't played piano in a couple of years, but I needed a somewhat inexpensive keyboard to practice on in my small apartment. I did a lot of research and this keyboard had touch-sensitive keys so it mimics a real piano, which I have only ever played on in the past. Plus it was [$], which is great considering how expensive weighted-keys are for a high-quality professional keyboard. Overall, great product/low cost.
