Soundbooth CS4 from Adobe is software that gives web designers and developers, video editors, motion graphics artists, and other creative professionals the tools to create and edit audio in film, video, FLV and SWF files, and other creative projects.

I've been a fan and user of Adobe Audition for years. As a voice over performer with a home studio Audition was powerful (too powerful for most of my needs!) but intuitive and easy to use for a non-techie.
Then I migrated to an IMac. Although I can run Audition on the new Mac I test drove a lot of programs designed for Apple machines and was thrilled to see almost all the features of Audition in Sound Booth. I'm totally impressed and think this may be the best audio editor and basic multi-track program for voice performers with home studios!
