Rosco DichroFilm Plastic Filters are a major development in the field of theatrical lighting. The 5mil (.005" or 127 microns) filters combine the flexibility of gel filters with the durability and color characteristics of Permacolor dichroic glass and have been successfully tested on sources up to 20,000 watts. This Red filter corresponds to Permacolor Dichroic #36500 and Rosco filter #26.
Note that when using DichroFilm filters on fixtures with a beam spread greater than 45 degrees, some color shift may be evident but this can be corrected by arching the filter. The coated side of the filter, marked with a small decal, should face the lamp.
