I bought this as a replacement for an old cheapie that I was not expecting to keep this long. It started to croak on me and that was just fine. This router is reviewed with the highest ranking by USERs on c|net and the reviews were quite correct. It is solid, low latency (the problem with the previous router) sleek looking (tho for me it is hidden away) and has a LOT of features. This is, as I stated, an N router for geeks. The UI is no frills, the options are plentiful, and does its job.
The only drawback that I have experienced is that it is lower powered than I was expecting. Likely that is due to being locked in a (vented) trunk and will rectify itself with some antenna tweaking.
So far my favorite feature (besides being able to schedule to turn off the radio) is the secondary network that acts like a "hotel network." you get to have a sandboxed network that connects only to the internet and can't, say, infect all the computers on your home network.

This product works very well for about the first 6 months.. Then you will encounter many issues with it. Like random disconnects, Mysterious Wifi issues and could over all be faster. I really recommend staying away from this product unless you need it for a short while and want to throw it away after. I have gone through 3 in the last year just thinking i got a lemon on my first couple buys. Now i am going to buy myself the Cisco Wireless-N Gigabit Security Router with VPN. It is worth the extra bucks to ensure quality service :)

I booth one two month ago. The first minute I turned it on, internet connection became very unstable. It was slowing down all the time. Some sites it even did not open. I called Belkin customer support. They provided me with full reboot of router. It did not help. I sent it back to Belkin. Few days later I received from them new one. But what a disappointment. It worked exactly like previous one. At the end I just disconnected it and returned to my old USRobotics.

Use this product to connect my DVD player to Internet for HD movie on Demand. Router was easy to set up and worked flawlessly with my laptop, TV and DVD player. Couldn't be happier with how easy this was to set up and integrate into my system

I use the router at home for general purposes. It has a reliable connection and it's very secure. Just one thing missing: the device has no WDS support. In another words, if you want to use with any Apple wireless extender device you won't be able to.

Comments about Belkin N+ Wireless Router:
I know routers technically shouldn't be left on all the time, but I've had routers that are on 24/7 and have NEVER burnt out... however this one tends to drop the signal every 12 hours or so if I don't unplug the power every morning before going to work. Not particularly reliable, or value for money.

Comments about Belkin N+ Wireless Router:
Does not work with network printers. Having wired connection to the router, the printers go offline with no particular reason. Eventually the printers come back online, and you may find your documents printed in a few hours, if you did not cancel the print job. With other routers the printers work just fine.

I purchased a different router from a different manufacture, and without going in to detail about the poor performance, and worse technical support, I returned the item, with minimum research on B&H's website, I purchased this router, and it was the right move, the setup was very easy, there was no reason to contact their tech support, but I did, just to say thanks for making a quality, easy to setup product, I would recommend to any and all needing a wireless router, this is the way to go!

I replaced a top of the line Linksys with this, because the signals kept dropping from 30 feet away in a ranch type house! So far, this router works great, has not dropped a signal anywhere in the house. I'm buying another one to replace my G system in NJ.

Comments about Belkin N+ Wireless Router:
We are not technologically challenged, but had a hard time with this set up, especially with the WPA/WEP key. Tech support was poor. However, once it was up and running, the router performed like we have experienced from other Belkin products.

I'm using this router in my home. I have 3 computer that easily found the router/network. Also nice is the USB connection for an external hard drive. All of my computers can see it as another drive.
Overall a good router with very good range. Much better than my previous router.

Best router I have owned! It replaced a Linksys WRT-150N that constantly dropped connection and died after a year, just a few days after warranty expired! Belkins N can be setup in 10 minutes, automatically configures with security and no dropped connections unless I am out of range, which is great considering I live in an old home with plaster walls and still can use with 3 bars at over 75 feet. Great router - you will not be disappointed! I did however get mine on sale at a big box store about 4 months ago for less.

Rated "Editor's Choice" by CNET for distance and signal strength, yet it only performed a little better than my Linksys wireless router. Two or three days after I installed it, it began dropping the Internet connection about an hour after each restart.
Troubleshooting included changing the router's IP address, in case there might be a conflict with my DSL modem, changing the SSID broadcast channel and updting the firmware. Belkin tech support agreed that it needed to be replaced, but told me they were out of stock (2 to 3 week wait), then finally agreed to ship me one from a reseller stock. The new (actually older model) router is performing well.

This was a replacement for a DLink that has worked well. We could really see a big difference in speed and range. With the old router I could not get a connection throughout the house. I now get an excellent signal everywhere. The speed is a big improvement. One added bonus is that my VOIP works a lot better. Very EASY setup and configuration.

The N+ wireless router was a dream to set up, and it makes setting up laptops very simple, too. However, it doesn't provide the connection speed that the last router did, nor can the user allocate bandwidth.
