Comments about Noga MG6145CA MG Cine Arm:
Use this arm with a Marshall HDMI monitor with my Canon 7D. I do put a A/B Dionic 90 on the back of the monitor which gives it some weight. However, I've really had a hard time getting this arm to really lock in place. The monitor drifts all the time. I know the rated weight of the arm is supposed to support it, but it really had a HARD time. After just a week of use, I'm considering returning it, but I don't know what else would work? So I'm frustrated.

Comments about Noga MG6145CA MG Cine Arm:
I am using this for my 8" Ikan HDMI monitor. It was far too heavy for Redrock and Ikan monitors. I would highly recommend a small ball mount to put directly under the monitor for easier fine adjustments though. If you are using a heavy load, I would not recommend it for long term handheld.

Comments about Noga MG6145CA MG Cine Arm:
I bought this to support a monitor for my 7D, but I'm starting to see so many uses beyond that that I'll probably buy one more.
For example when combined with a Manfrotto Superclamp I can mount my 7D and put it almost anywhere, the first thing I tried was attaching it to the side of a door to give a neat perspective of someone entering a room and the door swinging open. It needs to be combined with a good mount of course, but I already don't know how I lived without this.

I am using this cine arm to hold an Ikan 7" monitor on my 8' camera jib & it works great. My operators can now see what there shooting even when moving.

Comments about Noga MG6145CA MG Cine Arm:
Bought this to hold my 7" LCD HD monitor off a bracket that is attached to the left side of my tripod. I had some initial trepidation that it might not be strong enough, but I see, having used it several times now, that it holds my monitor quite solidly and also allows me to reposition it with ease when I need.
It's a robust piece of gear and worth the investment.

Very versatile and quick to setup. Mainly used with monitor but doubles up as support for a dedo head. Very solid but maybe could be a little lighter.
