I'm a Lexar person. Lots of people make solid state memory and do it well, but I just prefer Lexar, especially Lexar Professional. It works with the D3 well to clear the buffer. Upon down load, it has out run the download because this card does download fast.
I don't have anything less than positive to say about Lexar nor less than positive about this card. I have several of them and probably haven't bought my last one! I like 4 gb as it fits nicely on a data DVD-R. I like the helpful stuff on Lexar's web site also.

I use two of these in my Nikon D3 camera. They work great without any problems. I've used other cards before and from time to time they malfunctioned, but this card has preformed flawlessly. Quick and dependable. Just what I was expecting. Gives one a feeling of confidence when using this memory card that you can rely on their ability to bring your valuable photos home without loosing data.

I have only used Lexar CF cards, I own 5 CF and 1 Sd card, and have never had any trouble with any of them. I have never had one go bad, or become corrupted. I trust my photos to Lexar.

I recently used this cards (233x) in a family portrait shoot. The speed is great, I shot with a 40d and the buffer never got full due to the speed of the card was never a factor. I was shooting children and they moved fast at about 6fps, my goal was to get some candid shots. I was a little eskeptical at buying these cards at first because they don't come with lifetime warranty which Lexar's competitor has on cards of the same speed (Sandisk)that's why I gave it 4 stars. After seeing them perform the warranty becomes second nature, I have not had any problems with products from this manufacturer.

So far so good. I have used a 4GB compact flash hard drive for quite awhile and the speed was reasonable, never found a speed rating on it. After inserting this card my Sony A700's in camera picture processing speed tripled.

I was not sure if this would work in my older camera (D70), but it is fine. It is slightly faster in the camera than the flash cards I originally got with the camera, and it is much faster when downloading with an ExpressCard CF reader.

For a long time as Flash Cards got bigger and cheaper I thought they were about the same.. I was very much mistaken.. The speed of this card is wonderful.. I shoot very fast with a Canon 5D MK II... with the lesser cards, there is some lag times.. with the speed of this card it just keeps going.. and downloads are also faster.. I love it..
