Comments about Lowepro Classified 200 AW Pro Shoulder Bag (Black):
I used this bag as my primary camera bag. I found it to be extremely difficult to access from the top opening with any ease. If I needed to get to my equipment quickly, it did not happen. Also, I found the bag to be cumbersome and not comfortable on my shoulder.

Comments about Lowepro Classified 200 AW Pro Shoulder Bag (Black):
I like the idea of a messenger / shoulder bag to work out of as I move around venues, events and such. I want top access -- done with a large zipper here, and vertical storage -- which it has, sort of.
I use professional sized cameras, mostly a D3, and fairly large zooms especially the 70-200/2.8VRG. Putting -that combination into -this bag meant removing most of the dividers and putting one back in -- on a slant, and another vertical to shield a stored lens. There is room for a 24-70/2.8G and 1 SB-xxx, with cord. Outside pockets give room for a little more, like one more SB, but there is an ODD flap -- it has ginormous [sic] plastic clasps that are way outsized to hold this flap closed over 3 pockets, doh. They add weight and are hard to operate.
The only access to the camera compartment on this bag is through the top zipper opening. The flap does not cover this opening. I think the next size up, which is quite a bit bigger, has refined these areas -- there is a side entry under the flap, for instance. It's hard to get the D3 with 70-200/2.8VRG zoom mounted in / out of the bag.
The Classified 200 would probably be great for small cameras, like a D90 or D60. I think I'll either sell it or try it out on film gear. Might be ok as a single task bag, and working with small cameras + prime lenses.
If Lowepro would make this bag 10% wider and 2 or 3 inches taller to hold the long zoom mounted (still smaller than the Classified 250), and maybe made the flap clasps more in proportion to the task, the bag would be a lot better. Now let's talk about the strap! Put a lot of weight in the bag and it needs to be wider and more cushioned or else you in for pain....
