Comments about ACTi ACM-3311N IP IR 3-inch Dome Camera:
We purchased one of these cameras mainly for testing purposes and ended up installing it for SD surveillance. The IR illumination does lighten the 30' x 20' room in which it is installed.Although the web interface is intended to be used with Internet Explorer only, the streams are accessible by other means; see ACTi's publication on the subject: [@] We stream the video to Firefox with no trouble.Documentation is very poor, and much of the camera's functionality had to be figured out by trial-and-error.The PoE works flawlessly as one could expect, but the camera seems to loose its connection or get stuck in a firmware loop somewhere. We occasionally need to unplug/replug when we loose stream connectivity. When installing the clear dome, the lens tends to move from where you spent several minutes aiming and focusing it. It takes some time and patience to get it perfect.

Comments about ACTi ACM-3311N IP IR 3-inch Dome Camera:
We had ordered this to work with a Control4 system. We have not been able to get this unit to work at all with the Home Automation.
Looks to be a good unit, just not for application.

Comments about ACTi ACM-3311N IP IR 3-inch Dome Camera:
When this company says internet explorer, they mean it. It is not compatible with anything else... so Mac lovers, don't bother. It is only able to stream via Active X, so you can't access the camera by any other browser.
