Comments about MvixUSA MvixBOX 2-Bay NAS Media Server:
Don't even bother with this piece of *censored*.
I sent mine to Mvix for upgrade/replacement twice (at my expense), once because torrent feature didn't work at all, another time because the box couldn't be seen on the network. Support made me upgrade the software to go with the new firmware version and assured my data won't be lost - guess what, it's gone. The documentation is almost nonexistent and written in broken Koreanglish. I had to replace one of the drives, and now it shows "spare rebuilding" in its abysmal web interface, no way of knowing whether it actually mirrored the remaining good drive to the new one. There's no indication if one of the drives goes sour, it just disappears from the network - very handy! Who needs fancy features (btw, torrent client still doesn't work!) if the basic functionality is broken.

Comments about MvixUSA MvixBOX 2-Bay NAS Media Server:
Very well designed and full-feature NAS: Simple to use and configure, supports expandable mirroring, integrates well with Linux and Mac computers.
Received it about 15-days back, plugged in 2x1.0 Western Digital HDDs and it was up and running within 20 min. Very easy to setup and is loaded with features which blows me away for this price.

Comments about MvixUSA MvixBOX 2-Bay NAS Media Server:
Do not buy this NAS if you have drives other than Seagate. They have a hardware problem with other drives that requires you to pay for shipping to them to have it fixed (and estimated turn around time is 15 days not including shipping time). So, if you buy the product and don't have Seagate drives, be prepared to pay to ship back and wait for the product. They should warn people about this before you spend [$] on it. [...] NOT WORTH IT. I wanted a working unit not one that immediately has to be sent in for repairs.
