The Two-Year CarePak Extended Warranty for Canon Product from Canon provides added protection and other benefits to your Canon product purchase. For the duration of the warranty extension for an individual product, you will receive toll-free technical support through Canon's help desk. When the help desk is unable to resolve a problem over the phone, the product will be exchanged for a new or remanufactured product through the InstantExchange advanced exchange program.
