The Carson DR-200 is an electronic digital reader. The reader helps those with impaired vision see small text by displaying text on their existing television. The comfortable reading aid feels much like a standard mouse.

Comments about Carson DR-200 ezRead Digital Reader:
I bought this for my 93 year old dad for Christmas, as he has Macular Degeneration. It magnifies well, but only displays a small amount of the page being scanned. It doesn't show an entire line from left to right, so it constantly needs to be moved around. Also, if a book doesn't lay flat, you have to hold it down to get writing near the center of the page. I had difficulty with it. By the time you get back to the beginning of the next line, you could well forget what was read on the line before. I think it will be returned for a refund.
