            I own the Matrox MXO2 mini setup for a laptop. I needed this card to connect the mini to my edit station when not on the road. Does what it says it does. Simple, and now I can switch from laptop to desktop with the MXO2 with no worries.

              The additional MXO2 PCIe Card helps us to SHARE the MXO2(mini w/MAX) box between Desktop and Notebooks. It save us a lot of time (& money) for rendering H.264.

              If they could come out a solution via USB port for 15" MBP or iMac that will be fantastic. Give that a hope.
