I use this case to keep my extra lenses safe during travel. Makes it easy to carry an extra lens (in my case a Tokina super wide) to swap with the general-purpose lens during outings. Lens case is very well made, definitely a class above the cheaper lens cases.

This case is so solid and durable, and the zipper is incredibly convenient. I use this for 3 different lenses (85mm, 35mm, and 12-24mm) and it fits all of them snugly. Great for travel too. I plan on buying another as a backup.

AS I TRAVEL AND HAVE VERY EXPENSIVE LENSES HENCE I SAW THIS BAG AND FOUND VERY STRONG AND SAFE FOR MY LENSES.ITS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER CASES IN A WAY IT OPENS VERTICALLY HENCE EASY TO TAKE OUT AND PUT LENS INSIDE THE BOX.PROTECTION TO EXPENSIVE LENSES AT VERY REASONABLE COST TO SUM IT UP.

I have 3 different sizes. This one fits either my Nikon 10-24 or my Nikon 18-200. I have the Compact version for my 35mm and a medium version that fits the 18-200 with the lens hood. All are very well padded and have a removeable padded ring in the bottom that fits the lens mount cap perfectly. Would highly recommend these for traveling as well since they have belt loop hooks in the back. Create your own belt system!
