This Aquatica Hot Shoe Assembly is a replacement part or can be used to upgrade older housings. This part plugs into a Canon camera's hot shoe. It is connected to the housings bulkhead through the switchboard circuit. When the camera's shutter opens, the flash connected to the bulkhead with a sync cord, will fire.
