I used this to transfer all my data from one Mac to another, and it worked wonders. Its rather short, but I only needed a small length so that was just fine. I liked how it was a wide cable that couldn't twist and torque the cable-plug connection, which I assume will lead to a longer lifespan. It also comes with neat premade labels for devices, which I won't need, but I could see being very useful with a workstation with all sorts of cords floating around.
