The FIRECODER Intra PCI Express Video Encoder Accelerator from Grass Valley is a hardware video compression board, compatible with their EDIUS editing suite. Adding the card to your system can increase AVC-Intra 50/100 encoding speed by 2 to 3 times. It supports 1080i and 720pi encoding at all standard frame rates.
