The ExpressCard 34 Solid-State Drive from Delkin Devices is a 32GB storage solution designed for use with the ExpressCard slot of your laptop PC. This unit measures 34mm in width, but it will fit in both 34 and 54mm card slots.

The drive is made non-volatile NAND flash memory, making it more stable than traditional magnetic hard drives. Because solid-state technology has no moving parts, access times are quicker and there is less power consumption than with magnetic hard drives.

        Comments about Delkin Devices ExpressCard 34 Solid-State Drive:

        I intended to use the card as a fast hard drive extension on a MacBook Pro under Snow Leopard. While it worked it worked pretty well.

        However, the card caused frequent crashes of the laptop, and I was unable to figure out how to avoid those crashes. I ended up returning the card.
