Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
I mounted it on my family room wall with a tilt-mount bracket. The picture and view angles are dramatically better than my 42" Sony LCD sitting on a stand. The colors are much more vibrant and the sharpness is excellent. After two weeks, I don't have anything negative to report[...] I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product and B&H to everyone.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
The picture is clear and shows no noticable blurring for fast motion; I think 120Hz is more than sufficient for fast action. The menus are intuitive and the manual is well written. Setup was a snap. The colors are natural and bright. The matte screen is very effective at diffusing glare from bright light sources in the room. Off angle viewing is much better than implied in some reviews of LCD's...I recommend you look at one in a store to prove it to yourself. Some reviewers don't like the Touch of Color bezel, however I don't even notice it, especially given the outstanding picture quality of this Samsung set. I connected the LN52B630 to my network, but I don't find the information provided via Infolink RSS all that useful; you're better off buying a network enabled Blue-ray disc player so you can subscribe to streaming video from NetFlix or others.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
The 80,000:1 contrast ratio gives this a great picture quality. I read a bunch of reviews and this model seemed to fit best for our budgets. I also liked how it automatically detects which inputs are available as well as seamlessly connects to the Samsung DVD players. I have owned this for less than a month so cannot talk much about reliability. One big thing is the instructions to attach the TV to the wall are very confusing. One cool thing is it has both optical and Analog audio out. So I can keep using my old home theater system for now.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
I did a lot of research on which tv to buy. This is definitely the best deal out there in terms of quality for the price.
The quality of the picture is very good, the colors are amazing. You do need high-def though, regular tv is really low quality. Blu-ray quality is excellent. The sound quality is the only drawback, so hooking up to a sound system is a must. The remote is a little big, but it's no major problem. I like how the buttons on the tv are hidden, less invitation to little kids to push buttons if they can't see it. Lots of inputs available, for cable box, blu-ray player, and computer. Very, very pleased.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
We've had this tv for two weeks now, and we're watching 3 times as much tv as before. The quality is superb. The colors are dramatic, sports showed no blur that we can detect. Absolutely amazing. The buttons on the tv are almost invisible. This is a good thing if you ask me. You use the remote, and it give the tv a much cleaner look.
Lots of inputs allow me to connect the cable box, blu-ray player, and my Mac separately through HDMI, and there is a 4th HDMI input in case I need more. The remote is a little large, but I don't really use it anyway, I was the one for the blu-ray player for both tv and blu-ray. The tv was very easy to hang up, using a tv mount. And easily wired. The sound quality leaves something to be desired. Ok for regular tv watching, for movies you really do need to hook it up to a sound system.
The powerplug is also a little too big to install the tv very close to the wall, a flat plug would be better.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
I'm glad I checked the reviews. I was set to buy the low end Sony 52", but the Samsung seemed better. It came with a blue ray player as well. I couldn't be happier. It is very easy to make on screen adjustments, and is extremely intuitive.
It would be nice if HDMI cables were provided.

The picture quality is amazing. Very happy with my purchase and would do it again for the price. Mainly use the tv to watch sports, blurays, and play games. Altough, I am not a big gamer I cant imagine getting much better than this.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
My first big TV, first LCD. The picture is INCREDIBLE! Please do yourself a favor and do NOT watch anything other than HDTV or Blu-Ray, it's a disgrace to the TV otherwise. Picture is so good, it's like being in the theater!
I particularly LOVE the USB ports, so far it's played everything I've thrown at it!
So far, no complaints. Only thing lacking is the sound, of course.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
I bought my Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV this past Christmas. The picture quality is excellent. The owners manual is easy to understand. The TV has many different picture and sound settings. It took me a while to figure out what settings were right for me. The sound is ok, but I purchased a Bose Cinemate 11 Home Theater System that enhances the sound quality and makes watching my TV a wonderful experience. The only complaint is from my wife who thinks the TV makes her favorite shows look too real. She says they look more like movie rather than a TV show. I guess that's not a bad thing. It is by far the best television I ever owned.

I use this TV in my living room for watching movies mostly and the picture is amazing. It took a little time messing with the default settings on it but the manual was very helpful with that. 120hz works great also.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
Fantastic picture quality, no ghosting or any type of image distortion. Rock solid, crisp image with incredible colors. Very happy with it. The only downside of this TV is the sound, but it`s irrelevant in my opinion, for TV`s of this size some kind of home theater is the MUST.

Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
Samsung LCD TVs are consistently top rated and this TV lives up to that rating. I specifically purchased this model because it has a matte screen and it is located in a family room with lots of windows. The screen is so effective that the picture is clear and bright, even in early morning sun. The only hint of glare is in large dark black areas. Also, the matte screen does not result in a noticeable reduction in sharpness, although I do not have one of the new UltraClear screens sold with the LED units for comparison. Lots of flexibility is setting color and contrast, but I found the Standard setting excellent for most viewing. Noticeable improvement in picture quality over the 2008 unit.
Comments about Samsung LN52B630 52" LCD TV:
I absolutely love the LN52B630. I've had it now for two weeks and cannot find any significant thing to dislike. Samsung really knocked it out of the park with this one. Even the remote control is awesome. Every key is backlit and very large, plus it fits the hand perfecty. As for the picture quality, the blacks are incredibly deep. The picture is so beautiful that it looks like you can almost step into it. NFL games and NCAA football games are magnificent to watch. The only dislike I have, and it's a minor one, is that the controls on the TV itself are a bit absurd. They are touch pad, which is fine, but you can't see them at all unless you put your nose about 3 inches from the control pad and shine a flashlight on them. But, like nearly everyone, I always use the remote control, so this is not a significant dislike. As for the sound quality, I'm partially deaf yet have no problem at all with the quality of the sound from the built-in speakers. I'm very surprise to read the complaints of some buyers about the sound quality of this and most HDTVs. [...] If I could give 10 stars instead of just 5 for this buying experience, I would.
