Comments about Waves Dorrough Meter Collection - Virtual Loudness Meters (Native):
This is a perfect replica of the hardware units that most mixers can't live without! I know I can't - at a fraction of the cost of the hardware counterparts.
Mixing to peaks doesn't really tell you much about what's going on - and peaks are all that most meters give you. Dorrough meters give you both the peak so you don't have any unwanted highs, as well as the average signal - so you can really get a handle on perceived loudness.
