The SDR-SW21 is waterproof up to 6.5 feet in both fresh and salt water and can withstand up to a 4 foot drop. Not only that, but the camcorder is also dustproof, offering further protection.
When you get home, uploading video and stills of all your adventures to social media sites, such as YouTube, is easy. The SW21 comes with VideoCam Suite software, which makes sharing nearly effortless.
Other features of the SDR-SW21 include a 2.7" wide LCD screen, 10x optical zoom, and image stabilization. Taking even more of the hassle out of recording would be the Intelligent Auto function, the Mode dial, and One-Touch Navigation.

Bought this camcorder for filming in snow conditions.
The product is nice and small, have very basic functions and is easy to use. Picks up sound really well, best recording in a still position.
Not so good to use on the move unless it is fixed/mounted to something. Lense andgle is not very wide and it is hard to keep the lense clean and clear.
