Samsung HMX-H105 Full High Definition Camcorder
The Samsung HMX-H105 Full High Definition Camcorder gives you true 1920 x 1080i HD recording and 1280 x 720 progressive recording. Unlike most HD camcorders, which only offer interlaced recording, the H105 gives you the option of interlaced or progressive. Progressive displays the entire frame for the most vibrant, detailed video images. In addition, the camcorder's 1/4.5" CMOS sensor with 2.2MP captures and records beautiful video and 4.7MP still images.
The H105 records to the internal 32GB Solid State Drive for up to 6 hours of footage. You can also record to SD/SDHC memory cards. The SSD flash memory helps keep the camcorder size small and light; it's also more reliable because there are no moving parts, making the camcorder less susceptible to data loss.
Other features of the HMX-H105 include the touch panel 2.7" LCD, optical image stabilization, and a built-in flash. In addition, the camcorder features Time Lapse Recording for viewing an extended scene, such as a sunset, in a shortened period of time. It does what it says. I think it's good for the price. I bought it mainly for the time lapse function which is great! It would be nice if it had a view finder, but I guess that would also add some weight and make it bigger.

So far it has been easy to use. Image quality is very good in the video and photos. Long video clips do take a while to download onto my PC. Maybe time to upgrade. Menu and other options are accessed by touch screen on the display, I love it. So far my only wishes are that an HDMI cable came with it and it would have more optical zoom. Built-in 32GB memory is great. I also like that the lens is covered when the display is closed even though the camera is still on.

Easy to use but very uncomfortable to operate. I almost hurt my thumb when it's so hard to press the start button. The body also looks very cheap.
