The ART M-Two Cardioid Condenser Microphone is a modestly priced, quality condenser microphone designed for vocal and instrument capturing in project studios. The M-Two features an FET output stage for quiet signal reproduction with maximum gain. A two position Pad switch features -6dB and -12dB settings for maximizing headroom and lowering distortion and noise.
A two position low cut roll-off switch minimizes hum, wind and low frequency noise. The capsule features a cardioid pick up pattern that minimizes off-axis noise and feedback, and the wide frequency response results in transparent audio reproduction. The M-Two requires 48V phantom power and includes a shockmount and aluminum carrying case.

Comments about ART M-Two Cardioid Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Microphone:
It is a good sound quality Condenser Microphone with an affordable price. However, it is too weighty so you must have or must purchase a professional and heavy stand to support its weight.

Comments about ART M-Two Cardioid Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Microphone:
Previously using a Sure (an old but good model) and bought the M-Two Cardioid Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Microphone on the basis of other reviews. I use it through the mic channel on a Marshall acoustic guitar amp. Anyway, the sound and control is utterly superb. Highly recommended.

Comments about ART M-Two Cardioid Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Microphone:
not many people seem to have these over in the uk, i bought it as i had a good feeling about it and wasn't wrong. It's a fantastic warm and rounded mic, brilliant on acoustic guitars and suits my voice very well, very solid construction and come with a decent case and mount, have recorded 4 albums now with this and always find me reaching for it with other vocalists, for the money it is great value.

Comments about ART M-Two Cardioid Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Microphone:
i own this wonderful mic. it preforms beyond expectations. i run a small home studio recording hip hop music. this mic is clear, picks up no distortion, and is durable. my nephew knocked my mic stand over, i have hardwood floors. the mic bounced two feet high, and still works at factory level. i own a mxl 3000 mic, and this is cheaper, and out proforms it by ten fold. i would recommend to any type of seroius musician looking for an edge in this industry. if i could describe this mic in one phrase it would be "the best mic in the price range by far"
