When the folks at Sony designed the Sony Cyber-shot T90 Digital Camera they somehow managed to comfortably squeeze a 12.1 megapixel (1/2.3") Super HAD CCD imaging sensor and a Carl Zeiss-designed 4x (35 - 140 mm equivalent) power zoom into a sleekly designed brushed aluminum body that measures a mere 5/8" thick. As icing on the cake they tossed in 720p HD video capture with stereo sound. Are we having fun yet or what?
The camera's 3.0" Clear Photo LCD touch-screen display enables you to control all of the cameras functions by simply tapping on the menu screens, and there's an impressive selection of exposure and scene mode selections including an Easy Shooting Mode for those wishing to keep things nice and simple. There are also numerous in-camera retouching tools available for enhancing your pictures post-capture.
Still images can be captured at 8 levels of JPEG compression and video with stereo sound at 3 levels of image compression to best fit your needs. To further enhance your pictures, the Cyber-T90 has a PHOTOMUSIC feature, which combines music and a selection of visual effects into your still image slideshows and video clips.
For admiring your pictures on a grander scale, you can output images at sizes up to and exceeding 13x19", or view them in high-definition on a Sony BRAVIA or similarly compatible HDTV using the optional VMC-MHC2 HD output adapter cable.
The Sony Cyber-shot T90 is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which is good for about 200 images (or about 100 minutes of video), and along with 11MB of internal memory, records images onto Memory Stick PRO and Memory Stick DUO PRO (up to 16GB) media.

The DSC-T90 Cyber-shot Digital Camera is one of the best on the market. I have 3 daughters, all 3 have the same product. This latest purchased style is thinner and improved on easy to use features! It's fun to take pictures because the editing is a blast to find your creative side!

Comments about Sony DSC-T90 Cyber-shot Digital Camera (Blue):
I bought this toy camera for my wife - because she asked for it. And I must say upfront that she does like it! She specifically stated that the looks and small size of the camera were more important to her than the image quality. (I own a Canon 5D Mark II, and the older Canon 10D, but my wife needed "something convenient and cute that [she] could use.") If you are looking for a good quality point-and-shoot camera, you may consider some of the Canon PowerShot or Nikon CoolPix models. They produce significantly better pictures - at a lower cost. But they are not as sleek as this Sony thingie. If you, like my wife, simply need something that fits nicely in your purse and makes your girlfriends go gaga over it (and don't mind spending[$] on it) then this may be a good toy for you.

Comments about Sony DSC-T90 Cyber-shot Digital Camera (Blue):
"I own several film and digital cameras. My main camera is a Canon EOS Rebel XSi (12 m, many features).I was looking for a smaller point-and-shoot for general picture-taking. I have another Sony Cyber-shot that takes GREAT pictures, but wanted something less bulky. I looked at several other sub-compact cameras, and then looked at the T90. I decided to buy one based on my experience with my other Sony camera. You will love this camera! It is really small, but has some fantastic features. Using it is very simple. The touchscreen works! Does everything it should, when it should. And since you can adjust the touchscreen's brightness, you can see it even in direct sunlight. It's lots of fun, and I carry it everywhere. I didn't think the price was out of line with the features and the quality of this camera. You won't be disappointed with this purchase."
