While the unit is a stand-alone, it comes with a USB 2.0 port for accessing loaded hard drives via your PC. Quick load drive doors make loading and unloading drives fast and easy. And, when a drive is inserted, high integrity electrical and data connections are made automatically. In addition, each drive bay features Non Scratch SATA connectors, which prevent connection issues and last for more than 50,000 swap cycles.

Right out of the box you can tell that this unit is well built, as it has a sturdy feel to it. Setup is simple and the slot loading drive bays work flawlessly. This unit is an absolute must for anyone upgrading hard drives or swapping systems a lot. When it isn't cloning drives you can even connect it to your computer as an external HDD!
