Big on name, but compact in size, this camcorder fits in your hand naturally and is great for recording action like skateboarding and more low-key situations, such as family gatherings, as well.

Containing a generous 10Mp CMOS sensor for high resolution stills, to go along with that 1280 x 720p HD footage, the CG10 records to lightweight SD/SDHC memory cards. The combination of this easily transferable media and the MPEG4 AVC/H.264 format makes uploading all your photos and videos to social media sites, and even your iPod, a snap.

Helping you get the perfect shot would be the 3" rotating LCD, Face Chaser technology and the digital image stabilizer. Super-Fast Start-Up and a built-in flash also ensure success.

The VPC-CG10 is user-friendly with impressive video and still capabilities.

• 16GB Internal Flash Memory: The SMX-F34 has a 16GB internal flash memory that allows for up to 8 hours of recording time. Should you need extra recording space the expansion slot accepts SD/SDHC/MMC memory cards.

• 1/6" CCD Image Sensor: The 1/6" CCD image sensor on the F34 gives you 720 x 480 H.264 format standard definition video and 800 x 600 digital stills.

• Schneider Lens and 42x Intelli-Zoom: The Schneider lens features 34x optical zoom for up-close video that distortion free. It also features the enhanced 42x Intelli-zoom for even closer shots without the distortion that is common with digital zoom.

• Generous 3" LCD: The 3" LCD gives you a generous display on which to compose and playback your shots. The screen also rotates up to 285°, enabling you to shoot hard to get video from a variety of angles.

• 800 x 600 Res Digital Still Images: Take stills while you're shooting video with just a touch of the shutter button.

• Image Stabilization: The CG10's digital image stabilizer corrects for up-and-down and side-to-side camera movement, resulting in crisp, in focus, video and stills.

• Creative Control and Workflow Features: The included CyberLink MediaShow4 software enables fast and painless uploading to YouTube for sharing your memories.
