The Virus TI2 Desktop from Access Music is a high-quality desktop/rack mount synthesizer with a wealth of capabilities. Designed to work hand-in-hand with your Mac or PC, the Virus TI2 Desktop includes VIRUSControl software that automatically detects the Virus TI2 Desktop when a connection is made over USB. Other connectivity of the unit includes 1/4" I/Os, MIDI in, out, and thru connectors, S/PDIF digital I/Os and a 1/4" headphone output.
The Virus TI2 Desktop offers an analog feel, with a number of buttons and knobs to work with. Despite the analog look, it offers full digital power and flexibility by integrating with your studio and supporting 24-bit/192kHz audio. Over 80 voices are provided in the Virus TI2 Desktop, along with a programmable arpeggiator, multiple effects, oscillators, and more.
The Mod Matrix of the Virus TI2 Desktop has six sources with three destinations each for excellent real-time control and freedom of patch programming. The Multi Mode embeds 16 patches so you can make adjustments without overwriting other programs. For a full-featured and versatile digital synthesis solution that's sleek enough to be mounted on your desk or in a standard audio rack, look no further than the Virus TI2 Desktop.

- Dual DSP system provides more than 80 stereo voices under an average load
- Seamless Integration
- VIRUSControl VST and Apple Audio Unit plug allows you to integrate the remote into your sequencer; almost as if it's a plug-in rather than hardware
- High Connectivity
- Analog 1/4" I/Os, MIDI in, out, and thru connectors, S/PDIF coaxial I/Os, and a USB port provide full functionality, including USB connection to a Mac or PC
- Accurate Timing
- The Virus TI2 Desktop offers sample-accurate timing and delay-compensated connection to your sequencer with lower latency
- Oscillators
- WaveTable Oscillators give you a new collection of sounds that can be mixed with conventional oscillators and filters. HyperSaw oscillators have up to 9 sawtooths, each with a parallel sub-oscillator on each voice. The unit can play over 1800 oscillators in real time
- Effects
- Independent delay and reverb are provided for all 16 multi mode slots. 129 parallel effects are also provided, including chorus, phaser, distortion, and 3-band EQ
- Filter Options
- Two multi mode filters and an analog filter are provided
- Remote Mode
- The dedicated remote mode turns the Virus TI2 Desktop into a universal remote for plug-ins and external synthesizers
- High-Quality Digital Audio
- The unit supports 24-bit/192kHz digital audio
- Tap Tempo
- The algorithm for the tap tempo button is based on Access Music's Sync Extreme technology
- Programmable Arpeggiator
- A programmable arpeggiator pattern is available for every patch
- Knob Quantize
- Knob quantize lets you create stepped controller movements that automatically sync to the Virus clock or to an incoming MIDI clock
- LFOs
- The Virus TI2 Desktop has three LFOs with 68 waveforms to choose from, as well as two fast ADSTR envelopes
- Extended Memory
- 512 RAM patches and 2048 ROM patches are provided

Its one of the best sintesyzers of the world, your presets are awsome and its very easy to work because he works like a Vst. He has a power of an analog sinth in the digital system.

Every thing in it is stunning.
I can emulate any classy sound
with it, from moog to oberheim,
Roland Teebees...
The filters are warm and smooth.
All the FX are very good, especially
the EQ.
It´s also possible to create very
complex sounds, by using the multimode
edit, where it´s allowed to mix up to
16 patches.
