The LA-81mkII from Tascam is a professional-quality 8-channel audio converter that converts balanced audio signals into unbalanced signals. It offers XLR inputs and RCA outputs for connection to a wide variety of consumer and professional audio devices.
The unit has ±12dB trim controls for precise matching of audio levels, and a ground-lift switch on each channel to reduce hum. A signal LED is available on each channel so you can quickly identify whether or not a channel is active.
