I purchased this camera specifically for a recent vacation in Grand Cayman. I was very impressed with the compact size and how easy it was to use for both still photography and video. Because 95% of my shots were done underwater, it was sometimes difficult to see the objects in the LCD screen, especially on overcast days. I was impressed with the quality of the photos and even more impressed with the videos. My travel agent even commented on what great videos I took on our trip! Unlike some other underwater cameras, this one had a very fast shutter speed, so I didn't have to worry that the fish I was shooting would escape my shot. For the price, this is an incredible value!

I needed a little camera to keep in my pocket. Having had good experience with older models of Fuji cameras i decided to go for the z33wp. I was on my way to PR on vacation and wanted something i didn't need to worry much about weather wise. This little camera took very nice pictures in most conditions. Its produces sharp images in good light and handles itself ok in low lights. Its simple to use with a menu system that isn't that deep. It will not wow many but it will keep your image taking vein in check. I still take it around even when carrying my Nikon d700, its just that small and practical.

We bought this to use on a snorkeling trip to the Bahamas. It worked great. The flash helps with low-light underwater photography. We found that the camera takes excellent out-of-water photos as well as underwater. We also purchased a floating camera strap, in case we dropped the camera while snorkeling.

Its compact size is perfect for carrying everywhere. The zoom works amazingly well. The pictures are sharp with great colour. The fact that it is waterproof is beneficial. One worry is its proprietary battery but we are willing to see how that works out.

enjoyed the camera, took some good shots inside & out. for the money, it is a good value. buyer must be aware of limitations - inside photos are good, but not great. on the positive side, because there is limited functionality it is very easy to use, it does what you need and has a few very nice features: display grid, double-shot with flash & without (very cool), auto-red-eye fix (also way cool to watch). Zoom was a bit noisey - dont know if should be cause for concer - but it is always zooming as you move the camera. Net-net=Good camera.

I purchased this camera for a specific trip to the Great Barrier Reef off the east coast of Australia. My regular camera is a Panasonic 12 mp 12 x Lumix. However, for reef photos I needed an underwater capable camera. The Fujifilm Z33WP was perfect for many hours of snorkeling the reef. I took over 150 photos of the reef flora an fauna and got terrific results. I would recommend this camera for anyone involved in shallow water use, not scuba. With a minimal float, mask and fins I was like a stealth photo machine. I am very happy with the Z33WP.

For the price this camera is a good investment. It performs well in bright light and works pretty good underwater. It's hard to see the screen to view what you are taking pic of... goggles help. I purchased this camera for it's waterproof capabilities and overall I am happy with it. I don't recommend this camera for everyday picture taking and definitly NOT for low light situations.
