Nothing irritating about the product, I like it and the resolution is great. Can watch tv in the living room with my husband while using it. The only little setback. Sometimes the photo trays do not accept an older photo on thicker paper.
Comments about VuPoint Solutions PC-C520-VP Digital Photo Converter With Display:
This photo converter is terrific. Easy to use! The copies I make turn out like the originals, both color and black and white. Last night while watching TV I did 170 photos in a few hours. I am using it to archive my parents' and grandparents' old photographs. The only thing I can think of that would make it easier to use would be if it had photo trays for 3 and 4 inch square photos since I am doing lots of old photos.

I wanted to copy all my pictures to the computer. I bought the VU-Point Digital Photo Converter PS-C500-VP but the software would not work and could not use the unit. I returned that unit to the place of purchase and ordered the Photo converter with display Mode PC-520-VP. The software still does not work, but it is not required to scan in photos. I scanned in over 400 in a few hours. I wish I had known about the PC-C500-VP when I started this process of copying photos. I have Compu Pic software that does all I need to do.

Comments about VuPoint Solutions PC-C520-VP Digital Photo Converter With Display:
I purchased the 'PC-C-520-VP PHOTO CONVERTER w/DISPLAY' because of the many 35mm snapshots I have taken over the past years and wanted to preserve them. Within the hour of receiving the converter I had already converted a whole album full of 35mm to digital.
The converter comes with 3 different size trays, 3x5, 4x6 and 5x7. You turn the converter on, slip the photo into the respective tray, slide into slot and push the button. Within seconds the picture is copied onto a memory drive on converter and shows up on the screen. When the memory drive is full, about 50 pictures, you plug it into your computer and transfer the pictures. Once I opened the pictures on the computer, they are exactly as they are in the print. I was totally amazed on how simple it is to use and how clear and true to the color they turn out. This is exactly what I was looking for, and recommend it to anyone who wants to put their snapshots on the computer.
