The HDMI CAT-5 Distribution Amplifier Receiver from Gefen is designed for use with select Gefen CAT-5 transmitter units. This device can be used to receive signals transported by the transmitter over the CAT-5 cabling. Once this unit receives these signals, it converts them back into their original formats.
It can be used to transport HDMI video and audio without any signal loss. Cable runs of up to 300' are possible depending upon the signal resolution. Signal resolutions of 1080p, 2k, and 1920 x 1200 are supported. This device is HDMI- and HDCP-compliant.
Note! Please note that this unit must be paired with a transmitter in order to form a complete solution.
