When we purchased this printer, I was under the impression it would last a lot longer than it does. We're now looking at other options to keep up with current demands. However, the reason we purchased it was to do a lower volume and it would work great for that.

The cartridge fits in easily when the printer is put in the "replace ink cartridge" mode through the printer driver(Win 7 x64). I hold the plastic clip that holds the cartridge in when releasing them so they don't bang against the printer as they are spring loaded. I did get a cartridge that didn't print blue correctly. Primera kindly replaced it for me.
