For those just purchasing 5D II, it is well worth your time to go through this DVD, with your camera and space bar ready. The editor's have their biases on particular settings, but well reasoned. Compared to plunging through a slim instruction book, this is a must have product introduction.

Comments about MasterWorks DVD: Jumpstart Training Guide for the Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR Camera:
This DVD is a great way to learn about your new 5D Mark II. I would rather see how things work rather than read it. I learn faster and there is no confusion. I've had digital Canon camera's since the 30D, so I'm quite familiar with the camera's layout. Still, with this DVD in under two hours I learned alot of new things. Well worth the money. Saves time in the learning process. I would recommend this DVD to a friend.

Comments about MasterWorks DVD: Jumpstart Training Guide for the Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR Camera:
The DVD covers all the controls of the Canon EOS 5D Mark II. For someone who is new to the set up of a Canon Camera Body this DVD is definately useful. Even if you have had previous Canon cameras such as the 40D you will find that some of the controls are different and the DVD is worth the purchase.

Comments about MasterWorks DVD: Jumpstart Training Guide for the Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR Camera:
My new Canon 5D II is fantastic, but a lot more camera than I've used in the past. The DVD was great in showing all the available features. The instructions were clear. The only fault I could find was it was a little fast-paced. I would still be trying to find the menu and the explanation was almost finished. Maybe I should have just hit pause more.
