Comments about HP / Hewlett-Packard 750GB (1x750GB) EX485 MediaSmart Server:
Since we put our company on the WEB we have had rather good success. Not bad considering we hardly ever backed up our computers. NOT A GOOD idea. In the last 2 years we have lost our database twice and almost 3 times due to hard drive failure. This failure was due to an electrical surge, although, it was on a good surge protector it was not enough. Long story short.... I finally talked my boss into getting this HP Server, so that all our computers are backed up everyday. What a life saver and time saver. Now we can rest a night knowing that when we get to work that all our information is safe and secure. Best thing we have ever did. Although, we have not had to retrieve information for a lost database yet, I'm rather confident its all there.
