Anchor Audio AN-135 30 Watt Powered Wall-Mount Speaker (Black)
The Anchor Audio AN-135 Powered Speaker is a compact 2-way speaker that's ideal for commercial retail, office installation and home use and general audio applications. The compact speaker features a 30 watt amplifier and weighs just 3.5 lbs. The rear panel features familiar 1/4" phone and 1/8" (3.5mm) mini connections. A 1/8" mini daisy-chain output is also provided. Additional features include a 4.5" neodymium woofer.

I needed a portable speaker to accompany my MacBook and Casio laser projector. I wanted something that would go in a carry-on bag, along with the projector, other tools, and a couple of changes of clothes. It also had to travel overseas with me. The AN-135 does the trick. It's 30W of power provide enough oomph for a moderate sized room and its sound is very good for such a small unit. I sometimes even plug my iPod into it when I'm working in apart of the studio that is otherwise "soundless."
