The camRade WS-PMWEX3 wetSuit (Black) is a soft flexible, waterproof camcorder cover designed to fit a Sony PMW-EX3 camcorder. The cover has vinyl windows to view the controls. It is made of a material that reduces noise from wind and rain. The cover has elastic and zipper closures.

Very functional for field use. I've used it for a year, it's paid itself off the 1st day of rain and snow! It fits the PMW-EX3 like a glove. It's made in Europe and the quality is very apparent.

I did not had any problem shooting with this cover on. The tempreature stayed nice and cool. Of course when you are using it in the desert I guess it gets pretty hot.
Thats why these guys have desert covers as well.
But had a great shoot in Germany with this cover lots and lots of rain. And the camera stayed nice and dry.

What no one tells you is the EX3 heats up super hot in this cover. I think the buyer before me realized that and got his money back [...]. I needed it for an Alaska shoot and by the time I got back I figured out why it was previously opened and too late to bother with trying to get a refund. I'm out [$] for a portable Ex3 oven.
