The 3M Gold Option Warranty Upgrade for SCP-700 Series offers faster and more convenient exchange service to the original 3-year parts and labor warranty coverage. The Advanced Exchange service is designed to quickly provide you with a replacement unit (refurbished or new) when your unit has been diagnosed and determined by 3M's Service and Support to need repair or replacement. Simply call the toll-free technical support line, and a 3M technician will systematically diagnose the repair or replacement need.

By adding the Advanced Exchange feature to the standard warranty, 3M will issue a replacement system to you via overnight service (Note: it may take up to 48 hours to receive the exchange unit, depending on when the call is received and your location). In turn, you return the faulty unit to 3M in the same box, with the labels provided by 3M.

In addition, the Gold option extends the original 90-day lamp warranty to 3-years. With this warranty, you can get 1 replacement lamp during the 3-year warranty period.
