The Ultra Value Warranty Enhancement service is designed to quickly provide you with a replacement unit (refurbished or new) when your unit has been diagnosed and determined by 3M's Service and Support to need repair or replacement. Simply call the toll-free technical support line, and a 3M technician will systematically diagnose the repair or replacement need.
A free loaner unit is also offered during this repair period. In addition, this option extends the original 90-day lamp warranty to 3-years. With this warranty, you can get 1 replacement lamp during the 3-year warranty period.
