This is my first foray into Macs after many years working with Roxio products on PCs. I was curious to see how they compared and ifthere was much, if any difference. Roxio did it spot on with Toast 10 on the Mac. I can't say how it works on PCs since I am not there anymore but I couldn't wish for anything better in my new computer environment.

If you are buying this to burn video to bluray media, and are not using m2ts video format, be prepared to wait days for Toast to encode the video. Once encoded it makes a great video disk for your bluray player. Also if you plan to burn Bluray disks be prepared to shell out another $20.00 bucks for the bluray plugin.

Comments about Roxio Toast 10 Titanium - Digital Media Software:
Toast 10 is as easy to use as it's predecessors... and as intuitive.
I use iDVD pretty regularly, but it's quirky. When it fails me, I've always depended on Toast... and that's proven true with Toast 10, too. Especially when iDVD throws audio tracks out of synch.
I also save a lot of photos and videos to disk, and Toast makes it easy. So far, Toast 10 has proven fast, efficient and reliable.
It's a solid update to a great product.

We bought this to move TIVO recordings to a MacBook so that our daughter can watch Glee and other videos while we watch TV.
It works great and we are very happy. Transfer from the TIVo to the MAC is a bit slow but that maybe the wireless network not the Toast software

Comments about Roxio Toast 10 Titanium - Digital Media Software:
As with most MAC software, it is easy to install. The software is also very easy to use. The interface is extremely user friendly and it is very capable of burning many types of audio and video files. The only thing that I did not see was the ability to edit individual menu icon titles. In my past experience with other software brands, I had the ability to change the individual menu titles. With this software, if you have multiple videos, you can't change the title of the individual movie, only the overall DVD title. Other than that, it is a great product. I guess you need to get the upgrade for those options.

I bought this product to allow me to back up video and photography files to 50 GB BluRay data disks on an iMac. It does a great job - easy to use and it creates an index file of the back up disks on my computer which is pretty handy. It also comes packaged with a few other programs that look useful. I've tried the internet video capture program and it does the job nicely. I haven't had a need to try the others; so, I can't comment on them. Altogether I'm very happy with the product.

I've been using Toast since the day it came out. I mainly use it to burn DVD movies and make backup copies of computer software ( CD and DVD format ). Toast 10 has just made my life even better.

Comments about Roxio Toast 10 Titanium - Digital Media Software:
I've always been a fan of Roxio, and when I got my macbook, I definitely missed it. Since I use a lot of mp3 cds, it was imperative I had a program that created them with folders so I could better navigate the disc while driving. Otherwise, I had to constantly switch music back and forth from my mac to my other laptop that had Roxio installed. Finally installing Toast was definitely a time saver for me. Roxio's products, in my experience, have always been easy to use, quick, and do a good job at maintaining quality.
