Konus is a sporting optics manufacturer based in Verona Italy. Since 1979 they've kept a clear line of sight on offering a spacious range of excellent products.
The 1-4x24 M-30 Riflescope from Konus features 1/2 MOA adjustments, a 30/30 reticle with an illuminated blue center-dot, and an integral anti-canting bubble level. This fine optic is constructed within a 30mm aluminum alloy main-tube that's water, shock, and fog proof.
To use a riflescope with your firearm, you'll need a mounting base and mounting rings in addition to the scope itself. Bases attach to your firearm and the rings attach your scope to the base. Proper spacing of the rings, as well as the ring height should be considered to ensure a proper line of sight can be established. This will maximize the value of your investment, and enhance your shooting experience. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation.

Comments about 1-4x24 M-30 Konuspro Riflescope:
This is a nice piece of glass however not Leupold bright. The 1x is very close to true 1x and can easily be used both eyes open. The illumination is decent but only useful from twilight to dawn. This is not a downside - this isn't a red dot and the etched reticle works great in daylight. The scope I received didn't include locking turrets or internal level. If I paid the price that most other shops are asking I would be upset to miss those features - however at half the cost of most similar scopes it's still a good deal. The reticle isn't as fast as the DMS1 by Millet and not as slick as the Leatherwood CMR, but certainly usable. Time will tell on durability, but the scope has the feel of being really tough - the main downside to this optic is the weight.

Comments about 1-4x24 M-30 Konuspro Riflescope:
I was extremely impressed with the optical clarity of this little scope. Very clear glass that gathers light well and provides a crisp, sharp image. The material used is often found on optics tagged at a much greater retail price. Impressive price point for a sight of this quality!
All adjustments were positive and responded promptly. Eye relief is well balanced and focused spot on. Pick this scope up and you'll know it was built to withstand just about anything it could be exposed to. Component fitment and function is first rate!
The model I received did not have target turrets as shown on the advertised image. Conventional capped adjustments my optic came with is what I prefer, so this was a plus for me. I was a tad disappointed the internal level mentioned in the product description was absent, but the overall quality cancels that issue. Comparable scopes in this category will have trouble matching this scope optically while easily costing twice as much.
I'm beyond pleased with the Konus purchase and the 1st rate service I received from the staff at B&H! I'll visit B&H first for all of my optical needs from now on!

I bought this for a 40S&W carbine. I had a red dot on it but is was not very visible in Florida daylight. The scope I received does not match the image on the site. The adjustment turrets on mine are capped and non locking. I would have preferred the shown turrets. I have the the M30 6.5X25-44 also that have the better turrets. More adjustment range and they lock. I think this is a pricing trade-off. Love the image clarity. The illuminated dot is fine for me in reduced light, which is what it is for. I see the blue light better. I agree that the 1X setting is actually slightly wide angle, maybe .8X. This sight will work great for both eye open pointing.

This is my first low priced optic,(under $500). I mounted this scope and it only took three rounds to 0 it. Clicks were correct. Clarity was very good. Only fired about a little over 100 rounds of M193. I was shooting at 50 & 120 yards & the scope held 0 and every round went where it was supposed to go. The blue setting is worthless but the red was OK. I could live with just the crosshairs if the scope keeps up like this. Like I said in the title, So Far So Good. I was very impressed. If the scope keeps functioning like this I will defiantly add a fifth star in few months.

Comments about 1-4x24 M-30 Konuspro Riflescope:
I bought this scope to mount on an AR 15 since a plain red dot doesn't work well for me. I'm still waiting for the mount, so it's not mounted yet. My first impression is that this is a heavy-weight, durable optic.
Pros: The glass seems clear from edge to edge, and the reticle is sharp. The locking focus ring works well. The magnification ring takes some effort to move, but the tension is consistent throughout it's whole range of motion. I think this is so it doesn't move if it's accidentally snagged on brush or clothing.
Cons: The illumination is very dim - the red is barely visible in daylight (not visible enough to be useful) and the blue is invisible in daylight. In dusk and dark the red shines well, but the blue is still very dim. Did I mention this is a very heavy optic? Some shooters won't appreciate the weight if they do a lot of off-hand shooting.
I've read other users say that this optic is well worth the price. I'd have to agree.

This is a great choice for anyone who wants to evaluate if a scope of this style is right for them, or who just wants to go out to the range but still have some versatility in scope style (red dot style versus magnified).
The biggest pro is the price. Can't be beat for a 1-4x scope while still maintaining a quality product. This scope is built very solid and doesn't feel like a toy at all. The turret style is the newer version, so they are not sticking way out from the scope body. Overall the glass is pretty decent, with just a couple complaints.
The biggest complaint I have is that at 1x there is a noticeable fish-eye effect. It is certainly usable, but tends to get annoying. This seems to go away more and more as you crank up the magnification. The next biggest complaint I have is that the red dot is just not as bright as I would like, so it is not terribly visible in bright sunlight. It can still be seen, however.

Comments about 1-4x24 M-30 Konuspro Riflescope:
Overall a nice scope. I like the new, low profile turrets and the option of red or blue illumination. Negatives are that the turrets are difficult to sense, either audibly or tactile, where the clicks are. Also, the illumination still isn't bright enough to see in daylight.
