The Lastolite Ezybox 36"x24" is an impressive product. It is designed to work with lastolite flashes, but it can be adapted to work with Hot shoe flashes as well (requires a Mark II Bracket and some imagination).
It is relatively simples to assemble and store, and produces a very even light.
However, i suggest you to consider a smaller size, if you really want one a portable a fast solution.
