Ultrasone Zino Portable Stereo Headphones

The Zino headphones from Ultrasone provide crystal clear audio in a compact and comfortable package. Ideal for use with iPods and other MP3 players, the Zino is designed with the mobile listener in mind. The sleek, modern look features brushed aluminum earcups with diamond-cut aluminum nameplates. Large 40mm gold-plated drivers provide a wide frequency response with clear detail.
The headphones feature S-Logic Natural Surround Sound technology, which provides a realistic, spacial audio soundstage that provides a "live" feeling. This technology also creates a reduction of sound pressure levels, giving you the same perceived loudness at lower volumes, which may help to reduce the risk of hearing damage.
In addition to being able to listen at safer volume levels, the Zino offers reduced electromagnetic emissions. The ULE technology uses an MU metal bufferboard to reduce radiation by up to 98% compared to standard headphones. For users who spend a lot of time wearing headphones, this is a fantastic feature.

I use these headphones with my ipod walking around.
pros: brilliant sound imaging but with a little too much treble. Much better than comparably priced phones.
cons: had to adjust EQ on my ipod to get optimal freq distribution (maybe I am used to Sennheisers that I had before).
Open air design doesn't block out ambient city noise.
Overall really like 'em. Second pair of Ultrasones I own.
