The Bell'O CMS169W Cable Management System will securely hide 6-9 of an entertainment system's cables. This fully height adjustable cable management system extends from 18" to 59" (45cm x 150cm) without cutting or tools. The user can easily mount this device to the wall using the included 3MTM mounting tape, wood screws or sheet rock/masonry wall anchors.

This kit has a sufficient number of pieces to hide the wires of my setup. Use the narrow pieces for the long runs and the wider pieces to fill in odd spaces. It has a 90 degree piece for one turn.
If your wires are lightweight, just use the double backed adhesive strips and forget poking holes in your walls.
