This is a decent focusing cloth. I have used worst, but some others may like the BTZS Focus Hood better. I have an additional use for it as a back drop when needed.

I bought the focusing cloth believing a branded one would be better than my hand made one.
Unfortunately the nylon used for this focusing cloth make it slippy. It's always falling down from you head or your shoulder, especially when you are wearing a synthetic jacket!
I would prefer a smooth velvet-cotton focusing cloth, at least the inner side!
The sratch is useful but scratch everywhere all the time. In windy condition weights are more efficient.

Takes some getting used to and attracts a lot of attention out in the field, but using the focusing cloth really helps me set up a picture. By cutting out the light coming into my eyes, it is much easier to check my composition, focus and depth of field. Really helps to take a quality image.
